EVENT TICKET POLICY 

 

All event ticket purchases are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Please review your availability before purchasing, as refunds will not be issued for change of plans or no-shows.

 

Reschedule

 

In the rare event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that require the event to be postponed or rescheduled, two options are available.

 

- Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new event date.

- Your ticket will be refunded if the new event date doesn't align with your schedule.

 

Additional details regarding any reschedules will always be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation

 

In the rare case that the event is being cancelled entirely, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. Cancellation and refund confirmation emails will be sent out.
